Shannon Spake
Shannon Spake, born July 23rd, 1976 is a NASCAR reporter as well as a college basketball and football reporter at Fox Sports. Before becoming a Fox Sports reporter, Spake worked for ESPN. She has contributed to SportsCenter's pre- as well as post-game report. As well as being an on-side reporter for ESPN basketball and college football matches, she also worked for the SEC. Spake was also a reporter for the brand-new SEC Network, which is controlled by ESPN. Spake had previously worked for Speed Channel. She hosted NASCAR Nation's 2nd edition (June-November 2005), and she also served as a reporter for its first version (February to June of 2005). Also, she co-hosted Back Seat Drivers, a talk show, with online columnist Marty Smith. The previous jobs she held on air were WCCB (Charlotte, North Carolina) as well as Carolina Sports and Entertainment Television.
